Admin can enable to show/hide the hourly rate for freelancers.

Theme Settings > Directory Settings > Freelancers Settings

And then freelancers can also hide show this from their dashboard settings

Admin can also enable the hourly rate range for freelancers from Theme Settings > Directory Settings > Freelancers Settings
